These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website of Hidden Matcha. Hidden Matcha offers ceremonial grade matcha sourced from Uji, Japan, alongside a curated selection of accessories designed to elevate the matcha ritual and support mindful wellness practices. Crafted for ritual, simplicity and daily wellbeing.

Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. All prices are listed in CHF. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Hidden Matcha reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues or product unavailability.

Hidden Matcha respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. When placing an order, we collect the following information: - Name - Email address - Shipping address - Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers).

Your personal data is used solely for: - Processing orders - Delivering products - Customer communication.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or Stripe. Hidden Matcha does not store credit card information. Third-party services Shipping carriers and payment processors may receive the necessary information to complete your order.

Shipping & Returns

Hidden Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on location, typically takes 2–3 business days from the time your order is processed.

Local delivery or pickup in Zermatt may be available upon agreement.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your order number and photos of the product if applicable.
